Deepika Padukone also resumed her jury duties on day two of the 2022 Cannes Film Festival where she attended the premiere of ‘Armageddon Time’ on Thursday (May 19) in France.
The look I was most worried about when it came to the Bollywood star was baby’s first custom Louis Vuitton, as Deepika was only announced as an ambassador for the brand a week ago.
Let me start by saying that she looks beautiful in this peplum gown.
The colour is so striking, it looks custom made, but we all know what Louis Vuitton can do, and this is giving “safe” (on both sides), and “there wasn’t enough time” (for Louis Vuitton to really get creative with this). Which is totally understandable.
Once Deepika and Louis Vuitton get deeper into their working relationship I believe this union has the potential to be successful in an Alicia Vikander, and potentially Jennifer Connelly kinda way when it comes to custom pieces.
