Kate Beckinsale attended the Toronto Film Festival premiere for ‘Prisoner’s Daughter’ held at the Roy Thomson Hall on Wednesday (September 14) in Ontario.
As you know I have a soft spot for Kate Beckinsale, so yes. I do love her in this Bach Mai pink strapless voilant faille gown from the Spring 2022 collection.
You may find this surprising considering that I didn’t love a similar style of dress from the same designer which Lucy Liu wore this weekend, but I think this exaggerated high-low peplum skirt was more flattering on this occasion because the bodice was fitted, whereas Lucy’s dress didn’t have much shape at all.
I know opera gloves in any form aren’t much loved by the majority, but I love the contrast of the latex black gloves with the dainty pink dress.
Plus they give me no reason to side eye her black Jimmy Choo platform sandals.
If anyone ever wears the blue version, please check on me. Because chances are that I would’ve passed out.
