Janelle Monáe joined Kate Hudson on the red carpet for the premiere of ‘Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery’ held at the Academy Museum on Monday (November 14) in Los Angeles, California.
What I’ve loved most about Janelle during this promo tour is that she’s kept the same energy.
Kicking off in Toronto with Iris Van Herpen, then seemingly going bigger and bolder each time in Christian Siriano and Robert Wun.
And then we have this Elie Saab Fall 2022 Haute Couture gown which was not short of it’s own drama from the black velvet cut-out top to the black, red and anthracite grey feathers flared skirt.
Janelle never disappoints.
I know some might be put off by the underboob peeping from the cut-out, but it doesn’t bother me in the slightest, as I’m too enamoured by the beauty of this creation.
It feels more modern than the dress Kate wore to the same event.
A red Rodo clutch and Al Zain Jewelry completed her look.
