Selena Gomez has been busy promoting ‘Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me,’ with a series of screenings and press engagements which gives us a look at how her style is evolving.

For the New York screening she made her Sézane Mederick coat the focal point of her look.

We started celebrating sweater dress season a few months ago, and here we see Selena join the party wearing a Louis Vuitton D-Ring sweater dress, styling the look with black boots.

Some of you might not care for this look, but I love the easy, wearability, and practicality of the look.

I’ll take this for a New York Screening over and floral spaghetti strap dress from the Spring 2023 collections at the dead of winter.

Just saying.

For her guest appearance on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ the actress-singer opted for yet another sweater dress. ‘Tis the season.

Her custom Alaïa dress which at first seems like a simple v-neck dress, but if you look closely, you will see the intricate 3D knit details that amplify the form-fitting silhouette.

This look appears to have been inspired by the Spring 2023 collection.

Briony Raymond Constellation Demi hoop diamond earrings and simple black pumps completed her look.

For the private screening of ‘Selena Gomez: My Mind and Me’ hosted by the Rare Impact Fund at SoHo House on Wednesday (December 14) in New York City, the actress opted for a colour other than black (and Pink PP) wearing a Self-Portrait check yarn flared knit mini dress.

This feminine and sophisticated was the most playful look of the three, and the one which is likely to resonate and appeal with her younger fan base.

The look I would most likely wear is the first. But my favourite of the three is the Alaïa.  I prefer her version of this dress over the runway which we’ve seen on Meadow Walker.
