Between Nicola Coughlan, Marisa Abela and Freya Allan, it has been a busy work week for London-based celebrity stylist, Aimée Croysdill.
Freya Allan attended the ‘Kingdom Of The Planet of the Apes’ London premiere held at UK BFI IMAX Waterloo on Thursday.
You might have seen the title and said, “no way is this Giorgio Armani.”
But let me cast your minds back to the Giorgio Armani Spring 2001 collection, where there were a few looks which took to the runway with an embroidered tulle bodysuit and trousers accented with braces.
I like how this vintage look was brought right up to date by removing the braces from the oversized tuxedo trousers, but I’m not sold on how long the trousers are.
Hemlines dragging on the floor will never be an attractive look for me. I find it totally unnecessary.
I’m sure some of you are saying something similar about Freya’s belly button being on display, but that isn’t an issue for me.
Freya’s Armani look was very much a 360 deal, as you had to see it from all angles to appreciate it.
If you were not sold on this look from the first picture, your feelings towards it might change when you see Freya style her look with a tuxedo jacket.
Taking the trouser length out of the equation, I love the look both ways.
Messika Divine Enigma hoops and ring from the Beyond the Light high jewelry collection completed her look.
