Julianne Moore Wore Bottega Veneta ‘The Room Next Door’ Venice Film Festival Premiere & Photocall

Julianne Moore joined co-star Tilda Swinton for the premiere and photocall of their latest film, ‘The Room Next Door’ on Monday.

Premiere: A Golden Moment

When it comes to European film festivals, Julianne Moore has a penchant for stepping out of her usual sartorial comfort zone. While she often favours classic black for most of the year, there’s something about the European air that inspires her to embrace brighter, shinier options. And that was evident once again for this premiere where she dazzled the crowd in a custom gold Bottega Veneta dress with gold sequins catching the light with every step she took.

The dress was undeniably a statement piece but without the shimmering sequins, it might have flown under the radar. But with the bold gold hue, Julianne made sure all eyes were on her.

To complement her stunning gown, Moore opted for Bottega Veneta drop earrings, which added to the glamour of her already luminous look. These earrings, while understated compared to the dress, were the perfect accessory to tie the entire look together.

Photocall: Effortless Daytime Chic

For the photocall, Julianne showcased a different facet of her style—one that was equally compelling but more relaxed and effortless. She chose a two-piece printed look from the Bottega Veneta Resort 2025 collection, which was ideal for the more laid-back setting of a photocall.

Julianne paired the look with Bottega Veneta Alfie mules featuring the House’s intricate Intreccio weave, a long-standing technique that never fails to impress, and Bottega Veneta Fin earrings. Much like her choice for the premiere, these earrings added a subtle touch of glamour without overpowering the look.
