Rihanna continues to stun in her daring maternity outfits, and (just like the rest of us) Kim Kardashian can’t get enough of the singer’s pregnancy style.
On a night out in Santa Monica on Saturday, March 12, the Fenty Beauty founder wore thigh-high black leather boots and matching mini-shorts with an oversized leather jacket on top of a crystal bra. She accessorized the look with a diamond necklace and earrings, a high ponytail, and dark sunglasses, even though it was nighttime because you know how pop stars do. (You can see the ensemble here.)
The singer has been embracing her pregnancy in exciting ensembles since announcing her pregnancy at the end of January. This is the first child for her and her boyfriend, A$AP Rocky. And another star who certainly knows a thing or two about motherhood in the spotlight, Kim Kardashian, has nothing but praise.
“BEST PREGNANCY STYLE EVER,” the reality star wrote on Instagram Stories, sharing two snaps of Rih. The mother of four is no stranger to high-fashion maternity style and definitely never played it safe. Remember the floral Givenchy dress she wore to the 2013 Met Gala?
In February, Rihanna opened up about dressing her baby bump. “I like it. I’m enjoying it,” she told People. “I’m enjoying not having to worry about covering up my tummy. If I feel a little chubby, it’s like, whatever! It’s a baby!”
She continued, “Right now, being pregnant, some days you just feel like, ‘Ugh, I just want to lay here on this couch all day.’ But when you put on a little face and a little lipstick, you transform. You put some clothes on, and it’s like, when you look good, you feel good. I’ve heard that for a very long time, but it’s true. It really can get you up off that couch and make you feel like a bad bitch.”
