Hailey Bieber knows that sometimes, less is more. Rather than coating her face in tons of cosmetics, the model sometimes chooses to focus on making the most out of just a few high-quality products—and she just shared her “lazy” skin-care and makeup routine with all of us.
“Here’s my fast lazy makeup routine and skin prep. And yes, rhode is coming soon🤍,” the model wrote in the caption of part one of her tutorial on March 31. Rhode, in addition to being her middle name, is also the name of her upcoming line of products, which she features in her TikTok makeup tutorial.

Her “fast lazy” (honestly, story of my life) routine starts with a Biologique Recherche face mist—then her proprietary “serum-esque thing” followed by her own moisturizer, both of which she promises are coming soon.
For the “quick, going to dinner” makeup look, she starts with Kosas concealer, then an Olio-E-Osso blush stick in Apricot, a Marc Jacobs highlighter (which is unfortunately discontinued), and a Milk Makeup eyebrow gel.
In part two, Bieber polishes off the look while joking about her own difficulty with the TikTok app. Truly though, how do those makeup artists get a full beat while looking into the camera and not a mirror?

Hailey Bieber rounds out her look with a little Kosas powder on her oily T-zone, then a Make Up for Ever pencil she uses on her lips, but that could serve other functions (who doesn’t love a multiuse product?).
She uses the pencil to line her lips, though she only “overlines” at the peaks of her Cupid’s bow and follows her natural lip shape for the rest. And because she’s feeling “semi lazy,” she forgoes traditional lip color in favor of a lip balm from Image Skincare. Instead of mascara, she simply curls her lashes. Easy peasy!
Of course, when Bieber is willing to spend a bit more time on her routine, she uses a slightly different series of products, which you can check out in her everyday-face-prep tutorial. Although we’re pretty sure we spotted the Kosas concealer in that video too.

Whatever she’s doing, it definitely works.
