Anne Hathaway made her first appearance of the 2022 Cannes Film Festival to promote her new film ‘Armageddon Time’ on Thursday (May 19) in France.
I waited an hour for this picture. I kid you not.
A lot of the pictures were from the side, on the steps, from the back and weren’t doing justice to her or this beauty of this Armani Privé creation.
Thankfully my patience paid off.
The abundance of tulle tiered gowns already has me weary, and it’s only day three.
Here, Anne proves that well-known style principle: less is more.
The beauty is in the freshness of it all, the simple design, the seamless illusion panel, the subtle sparkle from the sequins, her au natural makeup and the stunning diamond necklace accented with a sapphire stone.
Anne has had many moments which have seen her in the most extravagant gowns, and I have eaten them all up, but this might just be in my Top 5 of all time for the actress.
I love it that much.
This is my favourite so far from this festival.
What an epic way to start your campaign.
