Having recently squashed an alleged feud with Hailey Bieber and struck up a romance with former boy bander Zayn Malik, Gomez looked rich and relaxed at the event in an all-black ensemble built around a statement fur coat. Has a look ever communicated “I’m wealthy and unbothered” more strongly?

It feels like every area of Selena Gomez’s life is popping off right now despite (or perhaps because of?) the Bieber drama. A remix she released with Nigerian artist Rema is climbing the charts, and even her old hits are somehow breaking new streaming records. Searches for Rare Beauty are up, and the brand’s latest launch is already getting rave reviews. I’m not saying she deserves it, but God’s timing is always right.
