Princess Charlotte

The Coronation of King Charles III was a spectacle that was filled with some very serious, historic moments (primarily St. Edward’s Crown being placed on the new monarch’s head by the Archbishop of Canterbury) and some lighter moments (Katy Perry in a giant gold gown comes immediately to mind). However you can always rely on three royals to bring plenty of entertainment and funny moments—Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

The three young royals all attended the ceremony, with Prince George taking an important role as one of the Pages of Honour during the service, and stood on the balcony to watch the Red Arrows in this history-making moment. The Coronation concert sadly clashed with Prince Louis’ bed time and he was likely exhausted from all of the hilarious faces he pulled in front of the crowds at Buckingham Palace.

On Monday (which was a Bank Holiday in the UK), the entire family joined in the Big Help Out initiative in which people were encouraged to use the day to volunteer in local communities. The family of five visited a local scout hut in Slough to help improve the building and after their hard work, took part in classic Scout activities, including playing archery and toasting marshmallows. You guessed it, Prince Louis (who Kate calls Lou bug) brought us lots of comedy moments with a wheelbarrow and stick of marshmallows.
