Seeing the actress in this second look from Yanina Couture’s Fall 2022 collection for the Cannes Film Festival opening ceremony gala dinner, reminds me how much this event has missed her over the years.
Who else was giving us a whole new look and persona within hours of each other?
Only Bingbing.
The first was an ode to Chinese glamour which celebrated her heritage, this second look was inspired by the ‘50s but it is as modern as can be with an overall feminine spirit that’s utterly charming.
She picked the right look for each occasion to create maximum impact.
I hope we get to see more of her during this festival.
Two looks doesn’t make up for the years she’s been absent.
