Julianne Moore Wore Louis Vuitton To The 'May' Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Julianne Moore usually attends Cannes Film Festival as a L’Oreal ambassador, but on Saturday, she was promoting her new film, ‘May December’ during the midnight premiere.

The one thing I love about Julianne Moore at Cannes is that she will give us more than the black dresses she tends to gravitate towards stateside.

However, considering her Venice Film Festival jury duty run, I’ve learned not to expect anything.

Dressed in a custom Louis Vuitton green gown, I want to assure you that her hands were visible, the blouson sleeves are obscured behind her co-stars as they posed on the red carpet.

Reason #301, as to why I’m not a fan of these linked arm cast photos.

While I adore the green hue, the shoulders feel like they were inspired by Princess Leia’s iconic hair buns in Star Wars.

Such a prominent detail needed to stand alone, so I find myself once again wishing that her hair had been worn up or back.

White gold and diamond earrings and a white gold and Tsavorite diamond ring from the Louis Vuitton High Jewelry collection complete her look.
