The shoes have found a new fan in Glamour cover girl Holmes, who wore a black pair to the Theater World Awards in New York on June 5 with a diaphanous maxi skirt and a blazer. Versions of the shoe with gingham or black ribbon ankle ties appeared on the runway, but Holmes chose a plain patent pair without the ribbon adornment.
