Phoebe Waller-Bridge was joined by her British-Irish playwright partner Martin McDonagh for the ‘Indiana Jones And The Dial Of Destiny’ screening held during the Taormina Film Festival on Sunday (June 25) in Italy.
Had I known that my two-day staycation would’ve seen the ‘Mission Impossible’ and ‘Indiana Jones’ promo tour serve up colours other than black, I would’ve taken it sooner.
The last time Phoebe wore a colour other than black; it was for the Cannes Film Festival photocall (which at the time of writing is still my favourite look from this promo tour).
Considering the low-key nature of this screening, the warm summer’s evening, and her understated style, this Proenza Schouler ivory crepe jersey dress from the Pre-Fall 2023 collection was the perfect option.
The full-length dress bore a keyhole with the ruched detailing adding an element of oomph to the summer dress along with the flounce hemline.
Simple and sophisticated – which has always been Phoebe’s red carpet M.O.
