You can always expect the unexpected when it comes to a Tracee Ellis Ross look, and she gave us just that while promoting her new film, ‘Cold Copy’ during the 2023 Tribeca Film Festival.
Looking like a cross between Wilma Flintstone and the superhero Ladybug, the actress wore a red and black dotted look from Marni, which is her second look from the Fall 2023 collection, which served up the label’s immediately recognisable but unpredictable aesthetic.
From its playful print to its simple shape, this vivid dress is quintessentially Marni in that it feels inspired by art which will always draw the attention of Tracee, as she uses fashion as a means of personal expression.
The only thing that I’m surprised about when it comes to this look, is that Tracee didn’t wear the dotted socks.
A ‘90s inspired flipped ponytail, and classic patent leather Louboutins completed her look.
