The Real Housewives of New York star Brynn Whitfield might be new to Bravo, but she’s already in the DMs of another Bravolebrity. On the Sunday, August 6 episode of Watch What Happens Live, Whitfield, who is among the revitalized cast of the reboot (including Jenna Lyons) that premiered last month, told host Andy Cohen that she has been flirting in DMs with Shep Rose from Southern Charm.
Whitfield, who has been established as a big flirt on *RHONY—*her tagline is literally, “I love to laugh, but make me mad and I’ll date your dad”—confessed to DMing with Rose on Instagram, noting that he messaged her first. “He’s very sweet,” she said. “He’s very smart. Very sweet, yeah. And it’s all PG. It’s, like, about philosophy and dogs. Our favorite subjects.”
During the segment, Brynn Whitefield had to reveal whether she’d swipe right or left with eligible men in the Bravo universe. Most notably, she swiped left on Tom Schwartz of Vanderpump Rules (a correct choice), right on Captain Jason of Below Deck Down Under, and left on Austen Kroll of Southern Charm, noting that she is “committed to Shep.”

When Whitefield appeared on WWHL last month, she admitted her attraction to Rose, which likely prompted his DM. “I have a little secret: I think Shep’s cute,” she said at the time, per Page Six. “It takes one commitment-phobe to know another commitment-phobe.”
