Katie Holmes wore a black velvet maxidress with long sleeves adorned with feather accents at the cuffs. Additionally, she threw a lightweight white wool jacket over her shoulders, added a black leather bag, and rounded it all off with a pair of white cowboy boots (she wore a similar pair by Partow just last week).
