Dakota Johnson attended the ‘Madame Web’ photocall held at the Claridge’s Hotel today in London.
‘Madame Web,’ who assisted Spider-Man when needed, is a Marvel film, and these films always serve up plenty of drama on the red carpet as we have seen from Karen Gillan and Brie Larson.
But Dakota has never been a girl that leans into the drama, so I’m intrigued to see how this promo tour will pan out.
Her first look was from the Versace Pre-Fall 2024 collection, with the blazer sitting on the intersection of menswear inspiration with feminine appeal.
Note its tux-inspired peak lapels, fashioned from a sleek satin fabrication, and its strong padded shoulders.
I love how the cropped silhouette creates Donatella Versace’s own play on sartorial dressing with a sensual twist.
This was a strong starting look, but I want so much more for the premiere.
