Seeing Jennifer Lopez was exciting for all who were in attendance for the Elie Saab Spring 2024 Haute Couture show, but I was just as excited to see the gowns.
I really can’t decide which of these embellished gowns I want to see on Anne Hathaway more.
If you were to twist my arm, I would sway more to the one on the left, but she would be a vision in both.
Whenever I see a floral applique gown – especially in a pastel hue – Lily Collins springs to mind.
Zoe Saldana isn’t a big gown girl, but the strikingly, yet simple silhouette of this red off-the-shoulder gown could appeal to the actress.
I can still hear the clinking of the embellishments as this dress made it way down the runway. I know Carey Mulligan is in her all-black era at the moment, but she loves a fitted silhouette.
This off-the-shoulder gown would be my pick for Kerry Washington, as I would love to see this colour against her skin, but some might feel that slit needs someone taller, so my second choice would be Gabrielle Union or Issa Rae.
I would be intrigued to see the illusion of this gown on Emily Blunt, and on Oscar night I would love to see this red gown on Lily Gladstone.
I know you will say this is predictable for Fan Bingbing, but I went less predictable with Elle Fanning.
I could just as easily swap both wishes around.
