At first glance of the actors’ MSGM Spring 2024 look you might be asking, ‘is this the return of the ’90s grunge aesthetic of bleach, acid wash denim?’
After all, we are increasingly seeing a desire by designers and labels to turn back the clock and return to trends proven over the years, and bleached denim is no exception.
But if you look again, the denim shirt and matching jeans actually feature a floral print and have more subtle fadings.
This is a perfect example of how doubling down and stacking denim together works.
In this case, more like a boiler suit.
