Florence Kasumba attended the closing ceremony of the 2024 Berlin International Film Festival on Saturday, alongside her ‘Black Panther’ co-star Lupita Nyong’o.
Seeing the Ugandan-German actress in this blue Issey Miyake Spring 2024 suit, I think we need to have a conversation about how the oversized suit trend is getting a little out of control.
I’m all for this trend. I have championed it many times, but when it steps into comical proportions it starts to get a bit cringe.
The crazy thing about this is that the model appears smaller in terms of her body composition, and she doesn’t appear to be as overwhelmed by this suit as Florence.
Maybe the actress needed to go down a size, maybe this suit is a one size fits all kinda deal, or maybe her micro bag is amplifying just how big this suit is.
