Hunter Schafer Wore Maison Margiela Haute Couture To The 'Cuckoo' Berlin Film Festival Premiere

If you were confused about Hunter Schafer’s green suede Maison Margiela Tabi shoes worn to the ‘Cuckoo’ Berlin Film Festival photocall, they will make more sense with the Maison Margiela Spring 2024 Haute Couture look she wore to the premiere.

The actress has never played by the rules when it comes to the red carpet, as she loves to take risks, which is why she usually gravitates toward more out-of-the-box designers.

And you don’t get more out-of-the-box than John Galliano’s Maison Margiela Spring 2024 Haute Couture collection.

There may have been some uncertainty if the runway look with its exaggerated silhouette would have the same impact and sense of spectacle without Pat McGarth’s hyper-shiny glazed “alien skin” makeup.

Well wonder no more, because Hunter’s added some theatrics of her own with her elf inspired makeup.

There wasn’t any over-the-top drama with this ensemble, but the look did possess the sense of “dressing in haste” with the cardigan appearing disheveled, and the fringed skirt imbuing unconscious glamour.
