This look is in keeping with a trend we’ve been seeing over the past few years. Valentino Pink, a hot magenta shade that took over the runways and red carpets, gave way to Barbie Pink, which was basically the same thing but in a broader range of shades and not necessarily made by Valentino, and bolstered, of course, last year’s biggest movie. Now, the pink du jour is baby pink, a pastel hue perfect for spring.

Honestly, Selena Gomez looks so happy here. Maybe thanks to the warm embrace of her boyfriend Benny Blanco? “Without getting into too much detail, I think it’s just really important to meet someone that respects you,” Gomez divulged about her relationship per People. “And I think it’s really nice to also lean on someone who understands the world that I live in.
