Cynthia Erivo made her second appearance during the 2024 Red Sea International Film Festival at the Women In Cinema event held at the Jeddah Yacht Club on Friday in Saudi Arabia.
Continuing her love affair with green, Cynthia wore a breathtaking Valentino Resort 2025 duchess satin gown enriched with vibrant embroidery. I know some of you are so over the green theme, but for me, it continues to work in her favour, creating a cohesive narrative throughout her appearances.
Your first thought might be, “Why is she wearing two necklaces?” But she’s only wearing one; the other jewelled accent is the neckline of the gown itself. It’s a bold choice, and if it weren’t for the statement earrings, it might not have worked.
Thankfully, the earrings pull the entire look together beautifully.
I know some of you aren’t fans of Cynthia’s signature long nails, but here they blend seamlessly into the tapestry of colours and textures in her gown. They’re almost an extension of the embroidery itself, adding another layer of detail.
For me, this is another incredible look from Cynthia. She truly hit her stride mid-press tour, but her appearances at this festival are hitting new heights. Each ensemble feels incredibly impactful.
