Uma Thurman Wore Dior Haute Couture To The ‘Jeanne du Barry’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere & Opening Ceremony
The ‘Jeanne du Barry’ Cannes Film Festival premiere and opening ceremony this evening (May 16) was Uma Thurman’s first major red carpet appearance of the year.

Sadly, for the actress, it will be one to forget.

While I’m glad she added the red cape to her Christian Dior Haute Couture blush coloured gown, to not only to prevent her from looking washed out, but to add some drama to the look, the cape itself – along with the dress – accumulated more and more creased with every photo.

Uma’s style is usually impeccable, but this was too unkempt for my liking.

This isn’t what I expect from an icon.

I would only save the Chopard choker from this look.

This isn’t what I expect from an icon, or at Cannes Film Festival.

I would only save the Chopard choker from this look.
