The 2023 Marrakech International Film Festival opened on Friday (November 24) with the premiere of ‘Hit Man,’ where Jessica Chastain is serving on the jury.
In terms of glamour, the Marrakech International Film Festival isn’t on the same level as Venice, Rome, or Cannes, but we have had many magic moments to come from this festival.
Sadly. This isn’t one of them.
It will always pain me to say that I don’t like an Armani Privé look, but this was a rerun many of us didn’t want to see.
Tessa Thompson wore the full runway look back in April last year, and while Jessica’s version feels less busy, the outcome isn’t any better.
The fishermans cloak makes any piece it’s paired with appear too busy.
I can’t say I like the gold pieces either as they feel a bit too Studio 54 for a film festival, as doesn’t seem to fit the occasion, or the woman I might add.
Jessica’s style has been really inconsistent. She can have high highs, and very low lows.
This is the latter for me.
