Clowning on you to keep you humble is what brothers are for. And salt of the Earth, man of the people Jason Kelce is taking this duty seriously, gently ribbing his brother Travis Kelce‘s fashion choices. And yes, it’s all to do with Taylor Swift.
The younger Kelce, who has always had an eye for style, recently sat court side at a playoffs game with his quarterback Patrick Mahomes, Patrick’s wife Brittany Mahomes, and wide receiver Marquise Brown. For the occasion, he wore a T-shirt with a red apple on it, sunglasses, and baggy jeans with a curious criss-cross rip pattern. As one X user posted, “what the fuck did taylor cats do with his jeans.”

If you somehow live beneath the Earth’s tectonic plates, Swift has three cats: Meredith Grey, Olivia Benson, and Benjamin Button. And once you see the rips as cat-induced, you kinda can’t un-see it that way. (Why wasn’t Swift at the game? She’s on tour in Europe, next question.)

Honestly, this is the way all dads use social media, just kinda re-posting stuff they think is funny, but it’s also a nice example of people in Swift’s orbit being able to have a sense of humor about her when it’s appropriate. Yes, celebs can take a joke.
Jason Kelce has been on a roll with his posts lately, recently defending himself and his home after a troll accused him of being a “hypocrite” whose wife kept a “dirty” home after he disagreed with a Chiefs player’s controversial speech about gender roles. “We both raise our kids, we both work, we both keep our home. It is both our faults it is messy, but such is life with 3 young children, busy schedules, and neither of us being neat freaks,” he wrote in response. Literally the hottest thing a man can say.
